The Club and the Opening

When does the club open?

Soon, and that is the honest answer. The opening date is announced to the founding list first, before it is posted anywhere else. Join the list and you will know the day we do.

Where exactly is the club?

Highline Business Park in Richmond, TX, in Fort Bend County, an easy drive from Rosenberg, Sugar Land, Fulshear, and Katy. The street address and directions are published with the opening date.

What are the hours?

Hours and days are announced with the opening date. The founding list hears the full schedule first.

Is the building air conditioned?

Yes. The club is fully indoor and climate controlled, under one white roof over all nine courts. Cool in August, dry in a downpour.

Is there parking?

The club sits in a business park with on-site parking by the entrance. Details, including any event-night guidance, come with the opening announcement.

Who is behind the club?

The Pickleball Reserve is a new club being built in Richmond, TX. Follow the build on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok, or send a note through the contact page and a real person will answer.

How do I know the club is real?

Fair question. The Club page keeps a where the build stands list: what is confirmed, and what is announced to the founding list first, with nothing dressed up as finished. The images on this site are renders of the real building at Highline Business Park, and milestones go up on Instagram as they happen.

Will there be club merch?

Yes, a club shop is in the works and it will open online. Products and prices are not public yet, and the founding list hears first when the shop opens. The Shop page carries whatever is current.

Playing

I have never played. Is this for me?

Yes, and you are exactly who the Learn page was written for. What to bring, how a rally works, and what level you are, all in plain words. Beginner sessions and clinics are part of the plan, and their dates go to the list first.

What should I wear and bring?

Court shoes or clean athletic shoes, comfortable clothes, and a water bottle. If you do not own a paddle, do not buy one before your first visit.

What do the skill levels mean?

Players self-rate on a common 2.0 to 4.0+ scale, from brand new to advanced. The Learn page breaks each level down in one line. Honest self-rating gets you better games.

How does open play work?

Drop-in sessions with rotating partners, grouped by skill level. You do not need a partner or a reservation conversation. Winners split, new players rotate in, and everyone calls the score before serving.

How competitive are the leagues?

As competitive as you want. Leagues run in divisions grouped by skill level, so a first-season player and a tournament regular both get real matches. Sign up solo or with a partner.

Are there clinics and lessons?

Yes, coached clinics and lessons for every level are planned, from true first sessions through advanced work. The clinic calendar and coaches are announced with the opening schedule, and members get first pick of spots.

Can kids play?

Families are welcome, and pickleball is genuinely playable by kids and grandparents in the same game. Junior programming is being planned now; tell us on the founding form and your interest directly shapes the schedule.

Is pickleball a good fit for older players?

It is the rare sport that is easy on joints and still a real workout, and indoor, climate controlled courts make it playable every month of the Texas year. Open play is grouped by level, so the pace fits you.

Membership and the Founding List

How much does membership cost?

Plans and rates are being finalized and are shared with the founding list first, before they are published anywhere. That early look, with time to decide, is one of the reasons to join the list now.

What does the founding list cost?

Nothing. It is free, it is not a membership, and it commits you to nothing.

What do founding members actually get?

Four things: the opening date first, the founding member invitation before the public, first pick of league divisions and court times, and the plans and rates before they are published.

What happens after I join the list?

One confirmation email, then milestone emails when there is real news: the opening date, the schedule, plans and rates, and your invitation. When the invitation arrives, you decide.

Can I play without a membership?

Yes. Visitors will be welcome at open play, court reservations, and clinics at guest rates. Membership is never required.

Booking, Guests, and Events

How will booking work?

Everything runs on CourtReserve, a club booking app: courts, open play, clinics, and leagues in one calendar, bookable from your phone. Accounts are free. The Play page has a working preview of the flow.

Can I reserve a court today?

Not yet. Live reservations open with the doors, and the founding list hears the moment they do.

Can I bring a guest?

Guests will be welcome. The guest policy, including how guest visits work for members, is published with the membership details, which the list sees first.

Can I book a birthday or a private event?

Yes. The Event Room sits right off the courts and is built for birthdays, team nights, and family groups, with the option to pair the room with court time. Send your date through the contact page.

Do you offer sponsorships or partnerships?

A limited number of local partnerships are planned around leagues, events, and the building itself. The contact page has the details and a way to start the conversation.

Still Deciding?

The list is free and answers arrive there first. Or send us the question we missed.

Member Log In Opens With the Doors

Court bookings, memberships, and the member portal will run on CourtReserve when the club opens. Join the founding list and your portal access arrives with your membership invitation.
